2022 Spring Spirit Week at LHS. "Twin Day" with Mr. Landrem.
Beginning Monday, May 2, 2022 the LHS student parking lot entrance/exit will be shifting locations. The area in RED, will be removed and closed off, and the area in GREEN will become the new entrance/exit effective Monday, May 2, 2022.

2022 SPRING Testing week of April 1-15.
ALL STUDENTS TAKING A SPRING ASSESSMENT SHOULD BRING THEIR SCHOOL ID.
Monday, April 11th will be a regular school day for ALL students.
Tuesday, April 12th we will be administering the M-STEP to all of our 11th grade students. ALL M-STEP TEST TAKERS THAT WERE ISSUED A SCHOOL ISSUED CHROMEBOOK MUST BRING THEIR DEVICE, FULLY CHARGED ON THIS DAY. We will have Chromebooks available for those that were not issued a device. ALL other students (9th, 10th & 12th grade) will attend. A modified daily schedule will be used to accommodate test takers.
Wednesday, April 13th, we will be administering the SAT with Essay to all 11th graders, the PSAT 10 to all 10th graders, and the PSAT 9 to all 9th graders. ALL 12th graders will work remotely on this day.
Thursday, April 14th, we will be administering the ACT Workkeys to all of our 11th grade students. ALL other students (9th, 10th & 12th grade) will attend. A modified daily schedule will be used to accommodate test takers.
Friday, April 15th, NO SCHOOL FOR STUDENTS.
Students should check the bulletin board between the main office and the auditorium for their testing location. It is recommended that students locate their testing location prior to their assigned testing date.

Freshmen students participated in an escape room activity today for their unit on To Kill a Mockingbird.
LHS students grades 10-12 can sign up now to attend Michigan Construction Career Day (MICCD) on May 5, 2022. This career day is filled with a blend of education, training and career information booths, hands-on activities, and hands-on equipment operation with actual industry professionals and it is open to ALL students exploring career opportunities. Registrations are available outside the auditorium, the main office, and Mrs. Fuller's room. Limited space is available.
