All Parents/Guardians of LCS students grades 4-12 are invited to LMS on Thursday, January 26, 2023 featuring Haley Bukoffsky, FAN Vice President of Genesee County. The puropse of the meeting is to raise awareness of the dangers of prescription/nonprescription narcotics, as well as supprt our Linden Community families by providing important information and tools to reduce the epidemic of substance abuse disorders.

We are inviting everyone out to the Girls Varsity Basketball game on Friday, February 3, 2023 at 5:30 pm. To not only support our student-athletes, but to support a great cause. The evening will be centered around acknowledging and supporting kids that are currently fighting cancer, or have beaten cancer receiving a clean bill of health! Michigan Achievement Scholarship. Students can earn up to $5,500 per year at public universities, private, and community colleges. Approximately 80% of Michigan students going to college will qualify. STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE THE FAFSA IN ORDER TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY.

New FAFSA Deadline for Michigan. Governor Whitmer has changed the State of Michigan’s priority consideration deadline from March 1 to May 1. FAFSA submissions received on or before May 1 are given priority consideration for the Michigan Competitive Scholarship and Michigan Tuition Grant. The federal deadline remains June 30. Colleges and Universities are still able to set their own institutional deadlines.
