Budget Salary MI School Election 2020

The purpose of this orientation is to make the transition from middle school to high school a positive one.  Seniors and juniors are serving as leader and mentors to the freshmen.  Large and small group activities are designed to address students' needs and concerns in an enjoyable manner.
From 7:45-8:10 a.m., all freshmen come in the high school main entrance to drop off required forms. Freshmen then proceed to the gym, where orientation activities start at 8:10 a.m.
Getting ready for orientation:
  • Complete and sign all applicable forms electronically in Student/Parent Vue
  • Bring cash or check to replenish your lunch account.  Lunch is available for purchase in the cafeteria during orientation.
  • Wear comfortable shoes and clothing; you will be walking and sitting on the floor.
Students attending Freshman Orientation need to be picked up no later than 2:00 p.m. on orientation day.  If students finish early, they are encouraged to call for a ride home.
